If you are not happy with your purchase please let us know as we can accept all return items that are full price within 30 days of purchase and meet our returns conditions below. Unfortunately we cannot offer returns on sale or promotional items, however are happy to provide an exchange. Please note this policy is in addition to your consumer rights under Australian law.

 

If in the unfortunate circumstance you receive a faulty or incorrect item please contact us immediately so we can arrange an assessment of the garment.

 

Steps To Return

In order to return or exchange an item please follow the steps as outlined below:

  1. Contact us through our Contact page
    • Let us know why you would like to return / exchange the item. Please include order details such as order number and items purchased. This will help us to move the process along more quickly for you when the item is received and make arrangements if you would like to exchange.
    1. After receiving your message we will advise postage address to send items
      • Return shipping will be at your own cost. Please ensure that you use a tracking service to ensure items are delivered to us. We cannot guarantee we will receive return items and are not responsible for items lost in transit.

      We do our best to accept all items returned to us, however please see our policy as follows below:

      Returns Policy

      • Orders must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns outside of this period will be at our discretion and will likely be sent back to you.
      • Items must be returned in original condition. This means with all original packaging, tags and labels. Garments must be unworn and unwashed. Any garments with stains, disagreeable odours or that have been mishandled will not be returned or exchanged.
      • We cannot cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a shipping service which enables tracking as Original Weekend is not liable for any items lost in transit.
      • All items will be inspected upon arrival and assessed in a timely manner, however in periods of high volume please allow up to 5 working days for a response.
      • In case of returns, refund payments will be made onto the card used for original purchase. Please be aware this may take a few days to show in your account.
